Celebrating Yom Ha’Atzmaut in Kitchen Garden

Year 4 and 5 students cooked up a delicious Israeli feast to celebrate Yom Ha’Atzmaut (Israel’s Independence day) in Kitchen classes this week. Dishes created in their feast were vibrant and nutritious using fresh produce harvested from our garden. Students made Israeli salad, Shakshuka, Majadra, fresh fluffy pita and Israeli hummus.
