Group Learning:

This group painting is an opportunity for the children to learn skills of cooperation, turn taking, respect, fine motor and creativity. Most children in the group contributed into this painting over a course of a week.

In the group situation, children use each other’s knowledge and experience to solve problems and to extend their own understanding. Group learning is valued for the many opportunities it provides for developing the skills of listening, expressing ideas and negotiating.
