We&#8217;ve been fortunate to be able to grow, harvest, prepare and share with minimal disruptions this year. They&#8217;ve mastered the bridge, bear claw and rock &amp; chop techniques (shown below). They&#8217;ve also developed confidence is using other equipment like graters, peelers and spiralisers to create different textures in their dishes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
