Prepare stakes and string to a height of 1.2cm to support against wind. 14-16 weeks should see them start to give us beans to pick.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nutrition <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amazing! It&#8217;s got lots of protein fiber, vitamin K, vitamin B6, zinc, copper, iron and magnesium. You eat 177 mg of folate in just one cup of cooked beans<strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Be aware &#8211; we had some problems! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fungal diseases, if soil is soggy. Brown tips and brown spots are tell-tale signs.
